MEMBERSHIP:
Membership is open to those who work in supporter related fields such as lived experience community health workers, including mental health professionals who value peer support in complementing traditional therapy approaches, substance use and addiction counselors, home health workers facing the unique challenges of caring for individuals in their homes, certified peer and parent peer specialists, volunteers on a warmline, crisis line operators, volunteers in such places, and others.

To become a member a person need only fill out an authorization for representation for collective bargaining currently. Our current membership criteria are directed toward those who work in peer support or related supporter field. This can include MHP's mental health professionals, Substance use and addiction counselors, home health workers, certified peer or parent peer specialists, volunteers on a warmline, crisis line operators, et al.
